Roots & Resonance: Supervision Group for Early-Career Clinicians
Monthly Supervision and Consultation group focused starting January 2026
This group is designed for provisionally licensed and newly licensed clinicians who want to deepen their skills as integrative, embodied practitioners. Together, we’ll explore somatic, attachment-based, developmental trauma, and experiential approaches, with a focus on what truly supports healing at the nervous system and relational levels.
Across five monthly 2-hour sessions, you’ll receive supportive guidance, case consultation, and space to clarify your own therapeutic voice. Participants will be invited to bring 2–3 audio clips from their sessions over the course of the group for experiential learning and integrative feedback. Hours from the group can be applied toward licensure for Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors in North Carolina.
This group is facilitated by Reclaiming Beauty founder Heidi Andersen, LCMHC-S, an integrative, body-centered psychotherapist with 20 years experience drawing from Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders, IFS, Somatic IFS, the Center for Body Trust, Safe and Sound Protocol, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Informed Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Music Therapy, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Embodiment Coaching.
If you’re seeking a supportive space to grow your confidence, expand your toolkit, and integrate body-centered trauma healing into your work, you’re warmly invited to join us.
