Latchkey Urchins and Friends Podcast: The Safety Dance: Embodied Healing

The Safety Dance: Embodied Healing

I so enjoyed my conversation with Anne Sherry and Alison Cebulla on their Latchkey Urchins and Friends Podcast - which they describe as a comedy podcast abiout healing from childhood neglect.

I met Anne Sherry many years ago in an IFS training. I don't remember the specifics of how we got there, but at one moment we were both embodying our inner lioness, growling at each other, and I am pretty sure that sealed the deal for me that this was a human I connected with!

l value this topic of the impact of childhood emotional neglect and was very grateful to have a chance to share some thoughts and healing gems from my professional experience as a body-centered, somatic psychotherapist.

I share more in this episode about the use of Safe and Sound Protocol for trauma and attachment healing.

Check out other episodes of this podcast! Anne and Alison are sharing some great information and are engaging and authentic in how they do it.
