Are you seeking relief from persistent challenges that haven’t responded to traditional therapy?

Imagine a community of care where you feel gently supported to explore your relationship to safety, connection and belonging.

An ecology of care is the living web of relationships—within ourselves, with each other, and with the Earth—that nurtures safety, healing, and wholeness. It reminds us that regulation is co-created, and that true nourishment comes through connection.

In an Ecology of Care

  • Healing doesn’t happen in isolation - it happens in relationship

  • Regulation is co-created: between people, through community and with the Earth

  • Care is not a service we “give” or “get”—it’s a mutual, living process we participate in.

Just like ecosystems need balance and diversity, humans need safe, attuned, nourishing environments (relational, sensory, emotional, and natural) to thrive.

Your invited to join us in The Resonance Circle, a supportive community where the power of sound, ritual, attuned facilitators, and collective presence come together to support your nervous system’s regulation.

Our circle is a small, intimate group of six participants, supported by two highly skilled somatic facilitators, journeying together through the 5-hour therapeutic listening intervention of the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).

Our sensory processing, trauma history, and attachment wounds can create patterns in the body that make it hard to rest in embodied safety and connection. The Safe and Sound Protocol, paired with a resonant circle of support, invites deep and transformative healing.

Some benefits of the SSP

  • Diminishes chronic anxiety and depression that hasn’t fully responded to talk therapy or medication

  • Helps us get unstuck from chronic nervous system patterns of fight, flight, or freeze

  • Uses filtered music and frequency to shift the sensory system’s orientation from threat and defense toward safety and connection

  • Stimulates the vagus nerve which leads to greater resiliency

As more safety enters the system, sensory processing patterns, attachment wounds, and trauma physiology held in the nervous system may surface—inviting healing in the places that block our ability to rest into enoughness and belonging.

Welcome to:

The Resonance Circle: A 7 Week Guided Virtual Group Experience Using the Safe and Sound Protocol as a Tool for Transformation

In Our Guided Group Process, we:

  • Facilitate a relational and ritual space within which participants can safely journey.

  • Nurture reconnection to the web of creation—Earth, collective humanity, ancestors, the more-than-human world, the unseen realms, and the benevolent support that is always already here.

  • Cultivate a group field grounded in welcome, warmth, attunement, deep regard, presence, and allowing—qualities that foster belonging and connection.

  • Accompany participants and honor their agency through the unfolding passage of disorganization/discovery and reorganization/recalibration.

  • Provide guidance and educational scaffolding to support integration between brain and body.

  • Acknowledge the cultural wounds we carry—the uncertainty, grief, and disconnection of these times—and the profound need for communal containers of care that can hold and transform them.

Small Group Benefits

Healing happens in relationships. The group container is designed so participants can gently witness and support one another’s unfolding process. As the space is held in a field of welcome and belonging, each person also cultivates an internal, compassionate self-witness.

  • Resonant witnessing deepens insight. Seeing others’ journeys often clarifies and brings awareness to our own experience.

  • Communally validated progress integrates more fully. When growth is seen, named, and celebrated together, it lands in the nervous system.

  • The group becomes a vessel for healing. Personal work ripples into lineage and collective repair.

  • More accessible than 1:1 care. A group format lowers financial barriers while offering rich relational support.

FAQs

  • The Safe and Sound Protocol is a practical application of the polyvagal theory developed by Dr. Stephen Porges. It is a non-invasive, acoustic vagus nerve stimulator that helps you connect to yourself and the world around you from a foundation of physiological safety.

  • The Safe and Sound Protocol helps you progress in therapy by shifting your fundamental experiences of the world. SSP will bring to the surface the parts of you that get in the way of your ability to land and yield in your zone of optimal arousal. It works to heal these parts by increasing resiliency and deepening embodiment.

  • Healing happens in community. This group is designed where participants are witness and gentle support to each other’s process. It is also more cost effective to experience the SSP in this group container.

  • The group facilitator holds a strong container that allows each participant to yield into receiving their own support rather than feeling the pull to care take others.

  • The SSP offers an opportunity to address trauma via a bottom up process (focusing on bodily sensations and nervous system resiliency), which means you can access healing without needing to relive or retrieve specific memories.

  • Yes! You can learn more about the current research about the effectiveness of the SSP HERE.

  • There are no known long term side effects of the SSP. There is a risk of experiencing some side effects for the first 2-3 weeks including increased agitation and hyperactivity, itching/soreness in ears, periods of nausea/dizziness, hypersensitive hearing, headaches, increased tiredness, and draining/fluid in the ears. These effects happen because the SSP is clearing levels of dissociation. As we become more present to what’s happening in our nervous system, we can learn to respond to its cues effectively. The SSP is a training ground for developing a sense of curiosity to what is arising inside, and increasing our skillful response to this information.
